DETAILS

Set on a family horse farm in Louisville, TN, the guest house was designed for the owner’s retired parents. The design incorporates aging-in-place principles to support occupants with mobility needs, including a zero-step entrance, space for wheelchair maneuvering, and a roll-in shower. A vaulted ceiling in the main living space, ample daylight, and views through the house to the exterior help the modestly scaled interior feel bright, spacious, and connected to the surrounding farm.
